As
the proprietors of The Yealm Guest House, We would like to welcome you to
Blackpool and all it has to offer.
The Yealm is a quiet, homely Guest
House situated
in the heart of this world famous resort and is ideally located for the
Promenade, Golden Mile, The Tower, Winter Gardens, Grand Theatre and the
town centre.
Take a pleasant walk along
the promenade or a tram ride from central pier to south pier to visit the
sandcastle Water park complex, the Pleasure Beach or the Casino.
Blackpool Zoo and Model Village is only minutes
away by free bus.
We cater mainly for couples, families and singles in 6 En-suite rooms.
The Guesthouse does not
have a bar.
To comply with current
legislation the Yealm is now a
NON SMOKING
establishment. |

The dining
area is spacious and comfortably furnished. Breakfast is served at 9:00 a.m.
At The Yealm Guest House we use only the best of local produce to create our
substantial home cooked meals.

All our Bedrooms are
comfortably furnished to a high standard, at The Yealm Guest House we pride ourselves on the
standard of cleanliness maintained, to achieve this standard and to ensure
our guests complete comfort all rooms are serviced on a daily basis.
Our Special family rooms:
Two family rooms, 1 with a separate room attached with bunk beds for the
children.
One room has a adult double bed and a double and single beds for children.
Bed & Breakfast rates vary from £15.00
per night per person.

How to Find Us

By Car: M6,
Once on the M55, Take the A583 exit, then on the Roundabout take
the Third Exit Signed Blackpool, you will then pass the White Windmill
on your Left, Keep travelling Straight Forward and count 10 Sets of
Traffic Lights at the Eleventh set Turn Left
into Reads Avenue We are 300 yards on
the Left.
By Rail:
A few minutes taxi ride from Blackpool North Station.
By Air:
