Belgrave 21 is ideally situated midway between the Tower and the Pleasure
Beach, just 50 metres from the Sea Front A tram ride from the end of Barton
Avenue will take you to North Pier or a little further to Cleveleys and
onward to the Freeport Shopping Village at Fleetwood.

By Car:
Leave the M6 Motorway at junction
32 signposted M55 Blackpool.
Continue to the end of the M55.(A Roundabout with a sculpture of little
figures sliding down poles) take the second exit Yeadon Way marked main
car parks.
Continue straight on at the first mini roundabout turn right at the
second mini roundabout (This takes you behind the ALDI supermarket) turn
left at the traffic lights.
Carry straight on to the promenade traffic lights and turn right.
Continue along the promenade heading towards the Tower turn left between
the FERN ROYD and KENSINGTON this is Barton Avenue we are at the far end
on the right.
